We are proud to be a cashless school.
We joined ParentPay in September 2018. And it has been an invaluable addition to our administration. Not only are we able to see at a glance, and all in one place, all monies paid in to and outstanding to the school, we are also able to communicate directly with parents and carers using the e-mail facility.
We have had positive feedback from parents and carers regarding the new system. They find the website easy to use, they enjoy being able to see balances outstanding at any time day, night or weekend and find the convenience of being able to pay directly by card on the website a massive help.
Whilst we don’t accept cash or cheques in to school any more, we do have the facility for parents and carers to make payment via a PayPoint Store. We simply print off a barcoded letter in school referring to the item they want to pay for and they make payment in a PayPoint Store. Our nearest stores are the Co-op or Martins Newsagents in Whaley Bridge.
If you need a log in to set up ParentPay, please contact the School Office. If you already have a ParentPay log in for another school, you can easily add your child to this log in without the need to set up another account.
