Our topic is:Beowulf!
Hop into your time machines to discover life as an Anglo-Saxon and hear the story of Beowulf. We will find out about the Anglo-Saxon culture and art becoming storytellers and crafts people. Were you an Angle, a Saxon or Jute?
*Please note that Year 4W and 4F’s assemblies will now be together on Friday 13th April*
If you have any artefacts that could be added to our topic table e.g. books,
jigsaws, dressing up clothes, bring them in – names labelled clearly please!
Take a look at our topic web and letter to find out more about the coverage of Year 4’s learning and how you can support your child at home.
Miss Farrell and I (Miss Worsley) are always around after school if you ever want to pop in and have a chat or, you can always ring, text or email the school office to make an arrangement to meet with us.
